We offer flexible schedules and are hiring part-time and full-time behavior technicians and RBTs to work in our clinic located in Budd Lake, NJ.

No experience necessary. We will train you! We also offer a free RBT course to all employees.

Job Responsibilities

**This is NOT a remote position**

Our BTs implement individualized applied behavior programming under the direction of a BCBA, including direct 1:1 treatment. Responsibilities are as follows:

• Use the basic principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), such as reinforcement, prompting, and shaping techniques.

• Teach ABA, social, and daily living skills.

• Effectively respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviors.

• Create a fun, motivating experience to generate the highest level of performance for every individual.

• Collect data on ABA programming targets and utilize an online system to enter, track, and view progress.

• Providing support to parents, teachers, and caregivers to make the most of their efforts in making our programs universal across all areas of the child's environment.

• Implement programs designed by BCBA.

Job Requirements

• No experience is necessary. We will train you!

• An associate or Bachelor’s Degree in the Applied Behavior Analysis field is preferred but not required.

• Experience working with children, especially those with autism & using ABA methodologies is preferred.

• Candidates must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping children achieve their true potential.
