Harvard Park Children's Learning Center is looking to hire a full time cook to prepare meals for our children.  We believe that children need quality, nutritious and delicious food to fuel thier bodies and minds so that they can learn and grow.  We make all of our items from scratch.  This includes sauces, salad dressings, and breads.  We try and serve as much orgainc produce, dairy and meat items as we can find/ afford.  Our menus are on a 4 week roation and change with the seasos. Duties for this positon include:

1. Prepare and serve  3 meals a day, 2 snacks and lunch for 60-75 children and staff per day
2. Maintain kitchen inventory and purchase items needed
3. Maintain clean, sanitry and orgainzed kitchen
4. Be able to follow a recipe or create reciepes that will meet nutritional standards set by us and DCY
5. Be able to help teachers with cooking projects
6. Be able to manage meals for children with food allergies
7. Be able to communicate with parents, children and staff

The hours for this positon are Monday-Friday 6:30-2:30.  We are looking hire ASAP
