Seeking experienced creative eyes to compose arrangements of cut flowers for special occasions as well as home or office decoration.

Job Requirements:

• Part-time availability employee : 16 - 24 hours/week (full time may be negotiable)
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time during 8 hour shfit; walk; frequent use of hands.
• Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Applicant must be available weekends and have a flexible schedule
• Able to work in a fast-paced/high-stress environment, similar to a Starbucks/Coffee Shop environment during peak periods.
• Must be available to work at least 2 Saturdays per month.

• Understand art, style and the use of color to create beautiful arrangements. Floral design team members are asked to:
• Help to care for and maintain foliage and blooming plants.
• Help process incoming flowers and foliages upon arrival and verify product count against invoices.
• Help check in and inventory all new products and supplies upon arrival and adjust inventory.
• Keep floral work room and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist customers in the showroom as well as over the phone in taking orders.

Scheduling & Shifts:

• We are very flexible with schedules, but you have to be able to work minimum 2 Saturdays per month, and be available during business hours 9am - 5pm.
• Major Floral Holidays (Valentine’s Week & Mother’s Day Week) require longer shifts and overtime.
