A small prominent law firm located in the San Gabriel Valley with an active corporate/business litigation and transactional practices seeks an Chinese speaking associate/of counsel/law clerk with 1 to 3 years of experience in business litigation/transactional practice. We prefer someone who possesses strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Candidates should have strong work ethics, be diligent, willing to take initiatives, problem-solving, and to prioritize workload and deadlines.

Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese a great plus. Familiarity with business litigation matters is also helpful. Licensure in California.
