New Bar Hiring Bartenders, Cocktail Servers, Runners 

Located in the heart of Echo Park and opening in September, we are an intimate, sophisticated neighborhood cocktail bar currently interviewing for a select group of bartenders, cocktail servers, and runners. Training will begin in late August. 

With the exception of runners, all must be highly knowledgeable of high end spirits, cocktails, and wines. We value staff who are hardworking, pay close attention to detail, and who genuinely enjoy talking to guests and cultivating relationships with regulars. We aim to keep our staff small to ensure everyone has the number of shifts desired, and encourage cross pollination (bartenders who are willing to serve and vice versa) and in return, ask that you be willing to bus when needed, help run food or drinks when your fellow staff are in need, etc. We have an “all hands on deck” ethic, and our pooled tips policy reflects this (we do not apply a service fee). 

Bartenders, please have five or more years of experience preparing craft cocktails in a high volume bar or restaurant, and cocktail servers, please have at least three years of experience serving. Runners must be hardworking and willing to learn. Everyone has the opportunity to advance, and we are happy to provide additional training to those wanting to do so. 

Please be available to work weekends, late nights, and holidays. 

Hourly Rates 
Runner: $17
Cocktail Server: $22
Bartender: $27 and higher, depending on experience
