We have a generous commission structure with the opportunity for bonuses!

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals through leads and referrals
• Achieve daily quote and call time
• Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements
• Develop insurance quotes, manage sales pipeline, and close sales
• Process customer policy change requests

Requirements

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty license (not required to apply and can assist with obtaining a P&C license)
• 2+ years prior insurance sales experience, preferably in P&C
• Strong proficiency with computers and technology
• Strong industry knowledge
• High written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
• Must be willing to submit a background check
• Be willing to contact existing and prospective clients on a daily basis to maintain sales pipeline
