Jade Oasis Massage and Spa, LLC specializes in restorative treatments. We aim to nurture and relax each of our guests with individualized and innovative therapeutic techniques. Creating a safe place for healing to occur, we use natural and pure ingredients to nourish your body and soul.
We are going to be a newly opened spa in the downtown Winston Salem Area, located off of Jonestown and Country Club Rd. We will open our doors August 12th, as we are currently being renovated. Our goal is to find 1 massage therapist for now, however we do plan on adding more massage therapists in the future. We are a small spa, but have plans of advancing towards Kernersville and even have a spa in Georgia as well.

We are starting therapists and estheticians out at $28-30 per client, depending on experience. And you keep 100% of your tips.
Qualified Candidates massage therapists and estheticians:
Certificate of Completion of massage therapy school program and a NC massage license
Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in North Carolina
Performing consecutive 60-minute or 90-minute quality, professional massages that meet clients' needs within scope of practice and licensing guidelines as applicable in our state.
Have a passion for helping others feel their best
Are excited to bring their unique style to the treatment room, meaning you customize your massages and techniques and modalities to fit each and everyone of your clients. You control your own room and use what sets you apart as a massage therapist.
Are eager for growth and desire to build on their modality mastery
We do not require years of experience, each therapist has to start somewhere. We would love to be apart of your starting journey or the journey you've already started as a massage therapist.
Proficient in various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Day-to-Day:
Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs
Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
Recommend follow-up visits and additional services.
We offer exclusive memberships to clients, but you are not obligated to meet a monthly quota, you will get paid $5 for each membership sign up you do, on quarterly bonus checks.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Adhere to all occupational health and safety guidelines, we also have a dress code however we are all about comfort but also presentably.
We are confident that you will have steady books as we head into the busiest time of year. As a Massage therapist myself, I can fully booked and cant take anymore clients but am having constant calls for bookings. I need another therapist to help take the slack off of myself.
We allow you 15-30 minute breaks in between your clients, enough time to change your table and ready yourself for your next client and also take a moment for yourself.
We have a full service access to your schedule, not just while you are in the spa. You will know whose booking, and canceling and we are big on communication.

Your schedule is your schedule. While we need a good diverse schedule time for each set of clients we have decided that you will decide your schedule. We will work around your hrs, and your days off. We will decide before your start date the best schedule for you, you can change that schedule every 6 months around school time if you have school aged children. We know life chances so we want to be there for you when yours does. We also will rotate Saturdays. We will not have our therapists working every Saturday unless you wish to. You deserve weekends off as well.
Again we are a small newly starting spa and want to add some amazing members to our team. We would love to hear from you, and are looking for quality not quantity.
