We are an up-and-coming State Farm agency. I opened up in April of 2022 and we've already moved into the top 10 agencies in our territory. We're a smaller office but building every day and I'm looking to add to the team. I have 2 sales representatives currently and I've been covering the service portion of the agency. Now I'm looking to fill the position to open my schedule for more appointments with our policyholders. The customer service position is a pillar in the agency. This position offers growth into a management position. The day to day looks like helping policyholders with changes to their policies, submitting payments, and answering incoming calls. This job is very rewarding, and we get to build relationships with our policyholders who tend to stick with us for years and years. I'm looking for an ambitious, organized, and task-oriented individual who's looking to help build the agency up and be a part of something big.
