Job Description
V Savvy Digital Marketing LLC is seeking a Social Media Manager/ Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

We are a fun and innovative digital marketing agency that partners with a diverse range of clients to drive measurable results. We specialize in delivering comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, content creation, content strategy, website and blog creation, and overall marketing to guide the direction of the brand.

As a Social Media Manager/Marketing Coordinator for our company, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of various marketing efforts and projects for our clients. You'll work closely with the team to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses extremely strong communication skills. You'll be a crucial part of our client-focused approach, helping to enhance their online presence and achieve their business objectives through all marketing efforts.


The Role:
85% remote
15% in person (traveling for client meetings in other states - all expenses covered, meeting in person for planning meetings and content shoots, etc.)

Project Coordination:
Assist project managers in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for multiple clients.
Maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless project workflows.
Assisting in the planning and execution of content shoots, video shoots, and assisting with input.
Attending content shoots and some marketing meetings.

Content Creation and Management:
Assist with content creation and distribution.
Posting on social media and interacting with audiences in an intentional manner.
Creating graphics, captions, and post cadences for client accounts.
Posting across multiple social media platforms.
Repurposing content to be used on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Pinterest, Threads, and company blogs.
Breaking down YouTube videos to create reels, TikToks, Shorts, and audio clips.
Creating descriptions and chapters for YouTube Videos.
Trend research to stay up to date with the latest trends and ideas in the industry.
Occasionally creating User Generated Content for client accounts
Using content from shoots to enhance social media strategies.
Ensure content calendars are up-to-date and align with the overall marketing strategy.
Assist in proofreading and editing content to maintain quality and consistency.

Data Analysis:
Support the team in gathering and organizing data from various digital marketing channels.
Assist in the preparation of performance reports and data-driven insights for clients.
Identify trends and opportunities for optimization to improve campaign effectiveness.

Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Conduct research on competitors and market insights to inform marketing strategies.
Travel:
This person will meet in person with members of the team to work on projects and will occasionally travel for client events or in person meetings - most of this position will be remote.

Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
Ability to work on weekends (rare) and travel occasionally
Proven experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in a digital marketing setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in content creation and managing timelines for multiple platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with best practices for engagement on social media.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
