Qualifications:

Valid Texas DL.
Able to pass background investigation and drug screen.
Must have a smartphone and access to email.
Must have your own vehicle.
MUST have A CURRENT Level 3 Texas DPS License.
Must HAVE own firearm and full duty gear with a Level 3 holster.
* SHIFTS ARE EVENING SHIFTS WITH VARYING START TIMES,

Job Duties consist of ACTIVE patrol of multi-Family properties.
Interaction with persons on the premises or entering the premises.
Using de-escalation to defuse situations.
Writing detailed, concise reports, violations & maintenance reports with photos when applicable.
Candidates must be self-motivated and performance oriented.
