Seeking a quality assurance coordinator to support a local bakery in the Heath, OH area. The position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in producing quality products. This position will interface daily with all supervisors, in addition to office employees and those in sanitation, receiving maintenance, and shipping. Knowledge is required of food quality, customer expectations, safety and sanitation procedures, and all laws and regulations.

-Follow and enforce all programs and procedures outlined in the Food Safety and Quality manual to support FSSC 22000.

- Inspect product for compliance with FDA codes of conduct and third-party certification requirements

-Assist QA manager in facilitating meetings with customers or stakeholders.

This is a temporary position for 60- 120 days, with the possibility of full-time, paying $28-$30 per hour.
