Who are we looking for?
The office administrator will be an individual who is friendly, focused, and task oriented. They are detail oriented and have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills and habits of a high achiever who is committed to putting clients first while maintaining order and efficiency in the office. The administrator must be adaptable to change and be solutions oriented. He/she will manage all orders from beginning to end efficiently and effectively to ensure all orders are processed on time, with little to no hassle to clients and third parties. This individual must provide exceptional customer service and have a growth mindset.
What will you do?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service
Daily sending out shipping reports
Processing orders that are being called in or emailed throughout the day
Pulling product, packaging, creating UPS labels
Invoicing orders prior to shipment - each shipment contains either a Packing List or Invoice
Keeping inventory stocked - counting inventory and, when needed, creating Purchase Orders to vendors
Putting stock inventory away when it arrives
Accounts Payable - batching all vendor invoices on a monthly basis
Accounts Receivable - keeping customer accounts current and collecting late payments
Pick up mail from the mailbox on a daily basis and mail invoices to customers
Keeping the warehouse, offices, and bathroom clean
Processing returns and act as a liaison between customers and vendors
Processing drop ships
Maintaining accurate and organized files
Deposit customer checks
Create Jokes via Avery
Deliveries as needed

Some experience with QuickBooks
Medical and/or bracing/DME experience is not required. Positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly is a must.
Compensation
$17-$19 per hour, 35-40 hours/week
Additional bonuses are available after one year.
Medical benefits and PTO are available after one year.
As our team grows, this person has the opportunity to grow into a leadership role for training and managing additional team members.
