Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in HR recruiting You will primarily focus on providing support to the Recruiting Team, assisting with the onboarding process, updating HR knowledge resources, researching process improvements, and offering organizational support as required. A brief description of your role is :
-Provide recruiting support for the company by assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
-Assist with the onboarding process, including New Hire Orientation.
-Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
-Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and candidate profiles to attract suitable candidates.
-Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as drafting offer letters and rejection emails.
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
-Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
-Support the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
-Update and maintain HR knowledge resources.
-Research and recommend process improvements for special projects.
-Provide organizational support as needed.


Qualifications:

-Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Detail-oriented with prioritization abilities.
-Eager to learn and contribute.
