Restaurateur and 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021 James Beard Finalist – Best Chef Northeast Tiffani Faison her Boston based restaurant group, Big Heart Hospitality, has opened Tenderoni’s, in the former Tiger Mama space in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood. Tenderoni’s Fenway is an Italian-American-ish concept that places fun and delicious at the forefront of the guest’s experience with a wildly entertaining and raucous atmosphere.

We are looking for bartenders that inspire, enjoy a natural talent for service and have an incredible eye for detail. All candidates should possess the following skills set:

Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
Great sense of humor and kindness.
Ability to work professionally in a team environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with a strong sense of urgency.
Commitment to hospitality and exceptional food and beverage knowledge.
Honesty and Integrity.
Two years serving or bar experience.
Night and weekend availability is required.
