We service a diverse group of businesses with various bookkeeping and accounting needs. Along with an involved leadership team you will create and analyze financial reports, ensure compliance, process accounts payable and receivable, and tax payments for our clients.
If this is you:
· Do you have your Accounting Degree and/or at least 3 years QuickBooks experience and/or 3 years client management experience ?
· Strong attention to detail
· Identify and solve problems as they arise.
· Ability to follow processes for compliance.
· A desire to be part of a high achieving team.
· Experience working to a timeline.
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal to interact with team and clients.
· Understanding of how bookkeeping works.
· Openness to learning new ways of doing things and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done right and on time.
· Willing to travel within the Metro area.
And this is part of your story:
· 3+ years of QuickBooks Online and Desktop experience
· 2+ years of client management experience
· Thorough understanding of accounting and bookkeeping activities, GAAP
· Effective organizational skills with the ability to change tasks quickly and efficiently.
· Strong analytical and time management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
And this is the type of work you want to be doing:
· Record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process.
· Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts monthly.
· Accurately complete payroll, sales and use tax forms.
· Process and manage A/R, A/P, and payroll accounts.
· QuickBooks Software Setup and Configuration
· Prepare monthly financial statements.
· Review Books, transactions, and categorization with clients
· Prepare sales & use tax returns.
· Work with payroll processing vendor
