Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities
- Develop personalized treatment plans to help patients improve their daily living skills
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to enhance patients' independence and functional abilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for managing their conditions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in speech therapy or case management is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in occupational therapy
