Yousefian Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic orthodontic or dental assistant with excellent patient-care skills and a great attitude, to join our small, quality-oriented team. Yousefian Orthodontics is a one-a-kind patient-centered practice, located in Bellevue with unparalleled advanced technology. We pride ourselves in providing top-notch airway-focused orthodontic treatment, which is the future of the orthodontic industry, for children-teens and adults who are often involved in interdisciplinary care. Our practice primarily uses Invisalign combined with sleep appliances, and very limited inside and outside braces. Our medical design facility has implemented strict Covid protocols including full-private treatment suites, etc. Working with our team and technology means having fun and being proud of what you do to save lives.
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
1) RDA licensure, with permits and requirements current.
2) Ideally, 1+ years of dental assisting in a tech-savvy practice but also willing to train the right person.
3) Available part-time (3 days per week, 16-24 hours per week). We schedule patients on Mondays through Wednesdays with the possibility of some Thursdays.
4) Professional in appearance and demeanor.
5) Cheerful and friendly personality, with a positive “can-do” attitude.
6) Adaptive and a team player. Special consideration will be given to applicants with excellent verbal communication skills who could be successful as a (back office to front office) floater.
7) Motivated with a long-term commitment
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Setting up and assisting with clinical procedures
- Intra-oral scanning
- Taking orthodontic records, including digital photography and imaging (CBCT, pano, ceph)
- Fabricating clear retainers
- Taking and pouring alginate impressions
- Digital Charting
- Editing photos and helping with Invisalign submissions
- Organizing clinical areas and ordering supplies
