We are actively looking for Roof Inspectors (Outside Sales Representatives) to join our team!

JOB DESCRIPTRION:
Our ideal candidate is an ambitious individual with a strong work ethic that takes great pride in their work! This person must have a high sense of urgency to give clients a positive experience while achieving sales targets.
This job is about people, and spending time as a sales professional out in the field. Primary duties include; running appointments, performing ride-along appointments, conducting inspections, attending sales meetings weekly, training, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Required Skills / Experience:
Must be comfortable walking on roof
Self- motivated
Able to work independently
Attention to detail
Can lift/carry 50-80 lbs
Be able to demonstrate mastery of our sales system
Clean driving record, required
Background check, required
No prior sales experience required
No roofing experience required
Initial Training:
Comprehensive 12-week paid training program
3 weeks classroom training, 9 weeks field training
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
