Shift and Schedule: Monday-Fridays, Weekend Availability, Offsite events (May Day Festival, Aloha Festival), Morning shifts
Job Title: Prep Cook
Pastry cook expectations:
Ability to read and execute recipes without supervision
Successfully work with others and foster a collaborative environment
Fast learner and willingness to do your own research
Maintain clean and organized work station, which includes break down of all food stations at the end of the day or shift
Ensure proper handling of foods with allergens, and proper cleaning and sanitation procedures
Passion & amp; drive to succeed!
Position requirements:
Understands the importance of quality product, visual presentation, efficient production, workplace safety, and sanitation
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to professionally and effectively
Working conditions:
Ability to work 8-10 hour-plus shifts, plus ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Ability to work well with others, those of all backgrounds and ages, and exemplify strong leadership skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with willingness to adapt and change based on business needs
