The Teacher Aide position is a great first step into the world of early childhood education. We welcome individuals that have a background in this industry or are just starting out. Our school is supportive of all individuals that want to learn more about children and how they can make a difference in their lives. Our Teacher Aides are an important part of our team! As a TA, you will assist in and outside of the classrooms. TA's primary tasks are as follows:
-Assist classroom teachers with breaks
-Assist classroom teachers with housekeeping tasks such as cleaning up after meals, assisting children with cleaning up toys, supervising children, and gathering materials and resources for both children and teachers.
-Laminating projects, copying materials for teachers, and setting up materials for classroom activities.
-Just have fun! We are a play-based center and believe that if children are laughing, they are learning!
