Cor Physical Therapy and Pilates Studio is a professional, innovative, creative, supportive and collaborative team. We are a boutique Physical Therapy clinic (specializing in pelvic health) and Pilates studio. Our mission is to transform lives by integrating pelvic health and core strength for total wellness. We want to provide a safe and fun environment for our physical therapy patients and Pilates clients alike to learn and explore the work of Joseph Pilates using specifically designed equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel, Mat and all accessories. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our unique team. The ideal candidate will have experience in physical therapy, sports coaching, personal training, yoga, CrossFit, dance, and of course Pilates.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting Pilates classes for groups and individuals using a fun creative approach
- Providing clients with guidance on proper technique and form through both verbal and tactile cues
- Creating personalized workout plans for clients based on their fitness goals
- Monitoring clients' progress and adjusting their workout plans as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized studio space
- Collaboration with team members to ensure our clients and patients have the most optimal environment with the greatest number of resources
Qualifications:
- Certification in Pilates instruction (PMA or equivalent) will give consideration to in-progress status
- Experience teaching Pilates classes to individuals and groups
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to exercise and movement
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate clients
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

Job Types: Contractor, Part-Time
Salary: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Group fitness: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
• CPR/AED Certification (Preferred)
