Appointment Setter

Hynan Agency is looking for an Appointment Setter for our team. We are a team of highly trained professionals that take care of Union and Veteran benefits in a niche market you may have never heard of before. Our company has been around since the 1950's with a proven track record of success and continued growth.
This position is 100% remote with flexible hours. All training is provided for you and paid. The hours will be discussed more in depth with each candidate. We are looking to fill roughly 15-20 hours of work weekly to begin with. Starting wage will range from $15-$20/ hour, plus weekly bonuses, depending on experience and results.
The day-to-day roles include, but are not limited to:
Setting appointments by phone with Union and Veteran Families.
Communication with both clients and teammates.
Learning company materials and technology.
Scheduling and data tracking.
Preferred attributes for this position:
Strong work ethic.
Phone etiquette.
Previous experience working on the phone.
Strong customer communication skills.
Ability to train and take direction.
