FORMATION sauna + wellness is a unique award winning community wellness space in Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia and we're looking for new talented massage therapists to join our team! We opened in Aug 2020 and won Best of Philly 2021, and again Best of Style 2023 and Best of Philly 2023, becoming a favorite local wellness haven. We offer massage, sauna + self care events such as soundbath meditation. The ideal candidate for this position is an LMT with a great personality who works well with colleagues and through exceptional massage services, can build a strong, lasting rapport with our loyal clients. Flexibility, punctuality, strong work ethic and knowledge of traditional massage techniques are required.

The pay range is $50-85 per massage plus gratuity. Our pay scale includes a $200 signing bonus and biweekly pay starting at 40% commission for the first 3 mos then increasing to 45% after the trial period. Tips are paid in cash or Venmo/Paypal/CashApp directly to you.

Looking for someone for 2-5 shifts/week with weekend availability required. Applicants must hold a current PA massage license and professional liability insurance.
