Position Overview:
As a Salesperson for The Frenchie Co., your role is to provide an exceptional customer experience and drive sales of high-end products. You will represent the brand and its values, catering to the needs and preferences of affluent customers. Your primary responsibility is to build relationships, deliver personalized service, and meet or exceed sales targets while upholding the brand's image and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product or service information to customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Sales Generation:
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase features and benefits.
- Actively pursue sales opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Act as a point of contact for customers and address any concerns or issues that arise.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Continuously update product knowledge and communicate features and benefits effectively.
- Provide feedback to the company regarding customer preferences and market demands.
Sales Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, including sales forecasts and pipeline analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to develop sales strategies and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and processes.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a bachelor's degree)
