COACHING ROLES:
We are looking for coaches with an athletic, coaching and/or teaching backgrounds who ideally have experience working with kids ages 15 months - 11 years old.

At KidStrong our coaches focus on leading children through brain, physical and character development stemming from curriculum created by KidStrong Programming Professionals.

Ideal candidates must also be comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding “the why” behind KidStrong curriculum. We will teach you the why's!

COACHING SCHEDULE
Our classes run weekdays 9am-11am and 3-7 pm
Weekends we start at 9am until early afternoon
Opportunity for a flexible work schedule depending on center needs.
Additional opportunity to increase scheduled hours through party and academy coaching hours during school breaks and summer vacation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Passion for working with children is a must!

Prior experience coaching, leading, and/or teaching children between the ages of walking to 11 is preferred
Previous experience in management is preferred but not required.

Must be comfortable with public speaking and sharing "the whys" of our curriculum with parents
Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills.

Self-starter who just gets a job done.

CPR certified

Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is recommended
Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required.

Evenings and Weekends availability is required
Background check required
