As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair services, including cuts, color, styling, extensions, and treatments. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice and personalized recommendations to achieve their desired look. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various hair services such as cuts, color, styling, extensions, and treatments
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and provide expert recommendations
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele by delivering exceptional service
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Attend and participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of various hair cutting and styling techniques
- Proficient in color application, including highlights, balayage, and ombre
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
