Our Brokerage is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Marketing Director/ Content Creator to join our dynamic team.

As our Social Media Content Creator, you are a pivotal role in developing & implementing our social media platforms. You’ll work closely with our team to educate and assist in creating compelling visually stunning content across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reelz,Twitter, Etc.

Your responsibilities will include:
*Creating engaging social media content, including posts, videos, stories, and more.
*Planning, monitoring and executing social media channels as well as campaigns
*Managing and scheduling blog posts, creating and writing our newsletters, preparing our brochures
*Designing eye-catching graphics, images, and videos to promote listings, events etc
*other duties to be assigned

We're looking for someone with the following qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Social Media Director/Content Creator or similar role
*Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
*Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
*Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, with the ability to create visually appealing content.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.
