Materials, Inventory, and Shipping & Receiving:

Full-Time Position (40 hours)
Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (overtime on Saturdays if necessary)
Salary based on experience.
Responsible for ordering all materials associated with jobs. Records and maintains control of
inventory items including sub components which are purchased and produced, as well as raw
materials. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.
Duties include purchasing materials and issuing components, inventory and raw materials for
jobs and be available to back up shipping when needed. Inspect and measure work pieces to
determine conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments.
Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare items for shipment.
Duties include addressing and shipping products and/or materials; receiving, unpacking,
verifying and recording incoming products and/or materials; and arranging for the
transportation of products.
Communicates with Operations Coordinator and/or Director of Operations and is responsible to
assure maximum production and quality. Quality, Delivery and Safety are the overall company
goals.
• 2 – 3 years’ experience with buying materials(stainless), Microsoft Office, Excel, and
Word
• Epicor Software experience helpful but not necessary
• Great Telephone skill a must
• Must be a team player
