Male Ballet Performer
Seeking a male ballet dancer with classical ballet and partnering training to perform the role of the Nutcracker Prince.
Qualified candidates must be at least 5' 6" tall, and have the ability to support and lift their female partners who will dance en pointe. Applicants should be between 16 years and 24 years old.
Candidates will need to be available November 25-December 2 for rehearsals and performances, preference is given to dancers with additional rehearsal availability in the fall.
This contracted position requires the performer to interact and perform with children and a partner that is 17-18 years of age. A background check will be required.
This is a paid position for performances and rehearsals. Travel and per diem costs are negotiable.
To audition, please submit a training and performance resume' and performance reel. An in-person audition may be scheduled.
