We are looking for servers (with optional bartending experience) to work mostly nights Tuesday thru Friday, generally from 3-10 p.m. Weekend hours can be day shift or night shift. We close on Mondays.
Unlike most restaurants, you will be working for a check at this establishment with occasional cash tips. All food and beverages we sell have automatic gratuity. The amount on your check reflects the number of hours you've worked. Your check will be an hourly wage, plus a cut of that gratuity, usually amounting to $14 per hour with your benefits and any cash tips you make that day. There is a tip jar for servers and bartenders and members may also tip you independently.
Servers are expected to know the menu, run food, take and serve tables, learn Club members' names over time, keep a clean working environment, keep your areas neat and stocked, roll silverware and polish glasses, treat your coworkers and our members with respect and dignity and show up on time.
All Employees get one free employee meal per shift and are allowed to golf for free in their off-time if the golf course isn't busy. Benefits are for all full-time employees who have consistently worked 30 hours a week for 3 months, and they include 3 weeks of Paid Time Off per year (including Paid Sick Days) as well as eligibility for $401k matching, Dental, Vision, Health Insurance and a discounted Afflack Plan.
