Thriving Audiology practice in Lawrenceville, NJ looking for a mature, charismatic, and reliable medical office receptionist for a part-time position. We are a dedicated team and fully embrace our mission of honoring the light each individual carries when they walk through our door. This respect for each individual extends patients, partners, ourselves, and our co-workers.
Our Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) has the unique opportunity to represent the voice of the practice, and to be the first person to develop a relationship with patients calling or walking through the door. Our PCC will explain the provider’s treatment plan, answer questions, set up financial arrangements, assist with insurance/billing, schedule hearing aid fitting and follow-up appointments, and communicate with specialists when necessary.
Patience, compassion, and organization are imperative. Our ideal candidate is an independent thinker who is self-motivated, has computer knowledge, and is detail oriented.
Our Mission:
We believe that each of us carries a light. Only when we align ourselves to our true selves, our values, maintain our health, engage our world through meaningful connection with better hearing…do we honor and shine that light within. Only then do we come home to ourselves. This is the magical part of our work at Oracle Hearing Center: watching that light shine bright through better hearing. Welcome Home.
Our offering:
Building relationships and trust with our patients and community is at the core of who we are. Our service at all levels, from scheduling an appointment to evaluations, consultations, and follow-up visits is detail-oriented, thoughtful, and patient-centered.
Does this sound like you?
We are looking for an individual who has a love of people and relationship-building.
Do you enjoy building systems? Are you flexible and comfortable with creating a way around roadblocks that come up daily? Do you have a creative streak that allows you to brainstorm and contribute new ideas to our team? Unlike corporate work, the impact of our work as individuals and as a team can be felt and seen immediately (one of the reasons our work culture is so satisfying). A considerable part of our work week involves social media. Are you comfortable contributing to building ideas and content?
We believe in building our team members, and because of that, our PCCs are trained to develop Audiology Assistant skills. Do you have comfort learning new and specialized skills?
We are a private practice that is also interested in give-back to our local community and beyond. We have a non-profit local branch and also provide international audiologic care. Are you comfortable with this type of work?
