Our client, a major utility company, is looking for a contract Administrative Assistant to join their team in Detroit, MI.
Overview
The Administrative Assistant performs complex administrative duties, including but not limited to:
Assembling information
Creating and modifying reports
Coordinating travel or meeting arrangements
Maintaining department records and procedures
Composing basic correspondence.
Qualifications
2 years minimum experience in a similar role is Required.
High School Diploma or Equivalent is Required; Some college is strongly preferred
Knowledge of basic software functions, such as MS Word, MS Excel
Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
Excellent telephone skills with the ability to handle multiline telephone
Excellent spelling, punctuation, proofreading, and grammatical skills.
