In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by encapsulating crawlspaces and repairing foundations to industry standards. Responsibilities:
- Perform crawlspace encapsulation and foundation repair projects efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail.
- Install vapor barriers, insulation, and encapsulation systems in crawlspaces to ensure energy efficiency and moisture control.
- Assess and repair foundation issues, including cracks, weakened concrete, settling, and water damage.
- Utilize industry-leading techniques, tools, and materials to complete projects.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are executed according to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing information, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the project.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the safety of yourself and team members.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including following safety guidelines and regulations.
- Continuously enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of construction techniques related to crawlspace encapsulation and foundation repair.
- Proficient in operating hand and power tools, as well as equipment used in the trade.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
