We are seeking smart, motivated Full Time Office Leader to work within our growing team in our Hot Springs, AR office. This position will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR). The primary focus of this position is helping our office SDRs to run successful outbound campaigns and hit and exceed meeting quotas.
Not only will this position be responsible for ensuring SDRs hit and exceed goals but they will be comfortable with managing the office and ensuring engagement.
Responsibilities
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met for all SDRs in the office.
Organize and as needed facilitate, new hire orientation
Be the facilities ambassador of our company culture
Coordinate regular performance reviews, reward and discipline as needed, address complaints and resolve problems.
Serve as an expert on all processes
Continuously improve systems and processes
Collaborate with Project Managers and Head of Operations on day to day activities of the team
Plan office activities and events
Qualifications
2+ years with management experience (managing teams, running 1:1s, motivating team-members)
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
Competency with SalesForce
Experience with personnel management is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication
Sales experience (experience with prospecting, cold-calling, and lead generation preferred)
This schedule is for a full-time position Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
