Recruiting Heroes is searching for individuals that want to perform landscape maintenance services, obtain additional training and skills, & take pride in the beautification of client-based landscape environments.

Job Duties

• Able to provide transportation to and from Jobsite and work their scheduled shifts.

• Able to follow directions from crew leader and or supervisor to perform daily tasks

• Perform general maintenance duties such as mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, blowing, planting, hand watering, and removing landscape debris utilizing trained company techniques.

• Conducts cleaning and maintenance procedures on utility carts, tools, vehicles, and equipment

• Safely use hand, gas, and or electric power tools for pruning beds, and walls

• Be willing to train and enhance knowledge in assigned duties

Job Requirements





Experience in a landscaping or groundskeeping role recommended

• Abides by policies of clients and The Maintenance Group, LLC and treats guests, customers, staff, team members, crew leaders, & supervisors with respect and the spirit of “Aloha.”

• Must be able to safely operate maintenance equipment, utility cart, and vehicles

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, perform duties that require standing, kneeling, walking, bending, etc. for a long period of time, and work outdoors

• Work safely and wear provided Personal Protective Equipment & uniform provided

• Good attendance and punctuality for assigned schedule and available to work weekends and holidays

• Perform additional tasks if assigned
