A client services specialist position available for a fulltime or parttime candidate to join our team. Position involves working in two commercial office buildings in downtown Los Angeles to provide customer service with exceptional interactions with the building clients, tenants, guests and vendors for the tenants in 2 office buildings
The candidate must be willing to perform various client services, including lobby services, guest services, parking services and vendor relations. High school diploma or equivalent needed; some college education a preferrable. Driver’s license with a clean record required. Living in close proximity to downtown Los Angeles is a plus. The position will provide flexible hours for a work schedule.
No work experience necessary, however computer and the use of portable devices will be essential. The ideal candidate must be willing to learn new systems and use independent judgment while on the job. Clean Driver License needed (With No DUI's or Multiple Moving Violations). Bilingual skills required with good communication abilities in English and Spanish.

Starting pay is $35,000 to $38,000 per year ($38,000 to $42,000 annually if full-time benefits are included).
