On-Track Therapy is looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our amazing team! We are a pediatric outpatient clinic located in Conway, AR that specializes in early intervention from birth to 5 years of age. We use highly effective neuro-focused intervention strategies in a child-led, play-based environment to get our clients "on-track." Come join the fun! (New grads welcome!)

Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate and create plans of care
Treat client caseload
Communicate with client caregivers
Coordinate with PT and ST disciplines
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Skills & Qualifications:

Energetic, kid-friendly attitude
Good communication skills
Organized and creative
Self-motivated
Must have an active license as an Occupational Therapist in Arkansas
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
