Night Auditor
Overview
Are you a night owl that likes to work overnights?
The Holiday Inn Express Romulus Detroit Airport, professionally managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a friendly, detail oriented night auditor to work its front desk and serve as the overnight manager on duty (MOD).
The ideal candidate should be personable, knowledgeable, detail oriented, service minded, energetic and have the ability to work well in a fast paced team environment.
Duties include, but are not exclusive to:
Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
Produce accurate and timely reports, and correctly handle all cash transactions
Balance and audit for accuracy, including; room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier’s reports, guest and house accounts and telephone revenue; assisting in the preparation of all reports.
If you have front desk experience, preferably in a hotel setting and enjoy working the 11 pm - 7 am shift, we would love to talk to you!
Responsibilities
Must be willing and able to work overnight (third) shifts with weekend and holiday availability. Comfortable using technology to include web based property management systems. Must have exceptional guest service skills.
