SKILLED CARPENTER, DECK & PATIO INSTALLER

Job Description:
Family-owned local home improvement company has an open position for a residential Lead Carpenter/Installer. Job includes the installation of prefabricated aluminum patio/deck covers, retractable awnings, deck building, vinyl windows/door installations, sunrooms, and occasional siding installation.

Must meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years industry experience
• No physical limitations
• Possess Valid Driver’s License
• Be able to pass background check, drug test, and driving record check
• Provide work references

Responsibilities:
• Able to learn all phases of construction as they relate to particular job contracts
• Strong organizational skills, able to problem solve on-site
• Good interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service
• Able to work alone or with assistant
• Presentable, drug free, team player who can work quickly


Hourly rate: $20 - $27 DOE
Overtime Pay 40+hrs at time and a half
Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay
Annual performance-based bonus
90 – day probationary period
