Assistant Innkeeper - Part time, Seasonal

Country Willows Estates, located in Ashland Oregon, is looking to hire a seasonal, part-time Assistant Innkeeper, 20-30 hours per week.

Available Shifts: 7 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. OR 12:30 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Successful candidates will have an outgoing and inviting personality, have great phone skills and the ability to sell and up-sell rooms and packages over the phone; be very responsible, guest service oriented and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate guest needs. We require self-starters able to organize work needing done and carry out the work efficiently and quickly.

This position requires working in all aspects of the business including: reservations, guest check in/check out, guest relations, breakfast service, housekeeping and some laundry. All employees on property work together and work as a team.

Hours will vary according to occupancy. Weekends and holidays are a MUST!

Requirements:

- Outgoing personality

- Strong phone skills

- Must be flexible in hours

- Must be computer literate

- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs, on occasion

- Previous related experience preferred

- Must have excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and customer service skills

- Must be a self-starter and be able to work efficiently under minimal supervision

-Safe Serve certificate will be required

- Must have reliable transportation

Benefits:

• Paid time off; earn 1 hour for every 30 hours worked after 90 days

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17 - $19 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift or Afternoon Shift

Experience:

• Innkeeping/Hotel: 2 years (Preferred)

• Housekeeping: 1 year experience (Preferred)

• Will train the right person
