Perfect Ten Physical Therapy is a private practice in Pine Brook, NJ. We are professional, innovative, supportive and our goal is to use our skillset to provide the best possible patient care while experiencing professional growth. A few years ago, I decided to open my own practice with the goal of providing one-on-one care to my patients and really getting to know them and their goals. I wanted to help my patients get back to the activities they love without pain.
Since opening our doors, we have been fortunate enough to grow and are now looking for a new full-time physical therapist to join our team.
Over the past couple years we have been able to help 100s of local residents.
The key "metrics" we pride ourselves on is not patient volume, number of new patients, or gross revenue.... but our customer satisfaction and staff retention rates.

The ideal candidate must be able to provide one-on-one care to patients and have experience in outpatient orthopedics. New grads are welcome to apply.

Competitive Salary: We prefer our physical therapists not to work multiple jobs to support their living (Unless they want to) to prevent burnout. So we make sure our Base Salary and Benefits Package is reflective to that.

All Patient Evaluation and Treatment Sessions are 1-to-1 for 60 Minutes. This allows you to give the patient your full attention
