As a Construction Admin Assistant you will be responsible for certified payroll and invoicing. As well as helping with conditional/unconditional lien waivers. All while providing exceptional customer service.
Experience required: At least 2 years or more relevant experience. At least 1 year experience in the construction and/or manufacturing industry required.
Educational requirements: High school education or equivalent, some college courses helpful.

Responsibilities:
*Print report of all invoices that have been selected for payment based on due date and discount date for Management to review
*Pull invoices, match and verify accuracy for payment
*Responsible for sending out Unconditional Lien Releases for (Subcontracts) i.e. progress payments and final billing
