As a Construction Admin Assistant you will be responsible for certified payroll and invoicing. As well as helping with conditional/unconditional lien waivers. All while providing exceptional customer service.

Experience required: At least 2 years or more relevant experience. At least 1 year experience in the construction and/or manufacturing industry required.

Educational requirements: High school education or equivalent, some college courses helpful.

JOB SKILLS:

*Type 45-55 words per minute

*Multi-task

*Excellent written and oral communication skills

*Must have the ability to work well in a team

*Computer skills. Working knowledge of Excel and Word required.

*Patience and attention to detail is required to perform above responsibilities

*Must have high organization and prioritizing skills to ensure efficiency

*Able to resolve issues quickly and present with certainty that others will accept and understand

*Construction background

*Attention to detail is a must.

Responsibilities:

*Print report of all invoices that have been selected for payment based on due date and discount date for Management to review

*Pull invoices, match and verify accuracy for payment

*Responsible for sending out Unconditional Lien Releases for (Subcontracts) i.e. progress payments and final billing
