Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective support to enhance their experience and usage of our solutions.
2. Onboarding and Training: Assist in onboarding new clients and delivering training sessions to ensure clients are well-equipped to utilize our services effectively.
3. Client Relationship Management: Nurture client relationships through regular communication, addressing concerns, and sharing updates about new features or services.
4. Feedback Collection: Gather and relay client feedback to the appropriate internal teams for product enhancement and development.
5. Reporting: Monitor and report on client satisfaction, usage metrics, and issue resolution, contributing to the continuous improvement of our client success operations.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the education sector.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-focused mindset.
5. Basic understanding of the higher education landscape and the challenges and trends in student enrollment.

Compensation Structure:
Please note that the position of Client Success Specialist is currently operating on a commission-based compensation structure. This implies that the income potential of the role is tied directly to the success of securing enrollment contracts from our clients and successfully facilitating their implementations.
