Nanny
MEDFORD, NJ (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY - TEMP PLACEMENT ASAP - SEPTEMBER 29TH): Sweet Medford family seeking temporary FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT nanny to care for their children who are 2 (girl) and 7 months (boy). Their son/stepson, who is a bit older, may occasionally be in the home as well. They are seeking a nanny that is loving, trustworthy, patient, and reliable. Mom is seeking someone to work aside her, and in her place, in the home during a busy summer and early fall! Standard schedule of 8am-4pm Monday-Friday. The 2-year old will be going to school part-time in the fall.
Duties will include full care for the two children; laundry for the family and light housekeeping throughout the day; activities and learning with the children. The children’s schedules are flexible but they will need stimulation from play and educational activities. The children can be somewhat attached to mom so the nanny will need to be helpful and creative in making the separation seamless for both children and parent. Some driving may be required; you will be able to use the family car or your own, whichever you prefer.
Mom prepares breakfast and lunch for the children most days. If the nanny is able to help that is wonderful, but not required. The family would like the nanny to prepare easy, simple dinners for the family (the children eat what the parents eat) a few nights a week.
The family lives in a lovely neighborhood with ample driveway parking. There is access to many parks and points of interest just a short drive away. They have a large backyard to play in, along with a pool that is fenced in. While it is not a requirement of the job, someone with swimming skills would be ideal for possible future use.
Start date is ASAP with end date currently as September 29th (but with the possibility of extension). All vaccines required (TDAP, annual Flu, COVID, and COVID boosters). Pay is $25+ gross, via payroll, commensurate with experience.
