We are a locally owned and operated Pearle Vision franchise with locations in Woodbury, Hastings, and Hudson. We are currently looking for an optometric assistant for a full-time position at our Hastings, MN location. The preferred candidate will have the ability to multitask and be proficient with computer use. Experience with electronic medical records is a plus! As an optometric assistant, your responsibilities include:

· Scheduling and confirming appointments

· Verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefits

· Updating and maintaining patient files

· Pre-test patients using NCT, Autorefractor, Optos, and Visual Fields

· Contact lens I&R

· Dispensing, adjusting, and minor repair of eyeglasses

· Work quickly and professionally in busy environment

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
