Our rapidly growing fire protection company is seeking a highly motivated Customer Relations Representative to join our team.

Job Responsibilities: As a Telemarketer and Customer Relations Representative, you will play a vital role in our customer acquisition and retention efforts.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our fire protection services, and identifying their needs.
Generating leads, setting appointments, and following up on warm leads to convert them into customers.
Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, upselling additional services, and promoting customer loyalty.
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and updating the CRM system with relevant information.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales roles.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and persuasive telephone manner.
Strong ability to listen actively and identify customer needs.
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge or interest in the fire protection industry is plus.
Location: Shield Fire & Solutions is located in Oakland CA.
