Copy2Copy is currently looking for a detail oriented and organized Office Assistant / Customer Service representative. Located in San Diego, CA, this is a Full Time position.
Qualified applicants must have:
•At least a High school diploma or equivalent
•2+ years of customer service experience in digital & offset printing industry is highly preferred
•Has an understanding of PC formats / Adobe pdf / Microsoft Office including Outlook
•Has excellent people skills and conflict resolution
•Has excellent phone etiquette and communication skills with proper grammar
•Enjoys a busy, high-demand, deadline based environment
•Strong data entry experience
•Excellent follow through skills and attention to detail
•Punctual and Reliable
Job responsibilities include:
•Answering phones
•Scanning invoices
•Purchasing Inventory supplies & get quotes from various vendors
•Processing paperwork for order outs
•Generate purchase orders and validate invoices
•Assist Sales with work orders and hold sales
•Interfacing with walk-in customers, and corresponding by email, phone and fax
•Price estimating and follow up, taking orders
•proofing / quality check
•Perform administrative duties
This position is best suited to those with excellent clerical and keyboard skills and a keen sense of customer service. Those working in this area are responsible for assisting members of the sales team with a number of administrative tasks.
Pay range: $17.00 to $18.50 + training, paid time-off, health benefits & retirement benefits
