Looking for a hard worker that cares about our customers as much as we do. We pride ourselves on getting the job done right the first time, one and done is our motto. Sum that up to say that it is important that you get the job done right the first time and you do it with an attitude of customer appreciation.
Now to get all of that done, you need to be at work. Which means committing to being here every day, on time, and ready to work. Work hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm with a 60-minute lunch. During the surge season, there may be some required overtime on Saturdays.
We work on all types of outdoor power equipment to include lawn mowers big and small, handheld equipment, generators, and some diesel equipment. We will consider summer employment candidates.

BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Load and unload equipment from customer’s vehicle/trailer
• Wash machines
• Keep shop & lot clean, tidy & organized
• Operate sheet metal shear
• Perform basic tune-up services on equipment
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS NECESSARY TO SUCCEED:
• Excellent work ethic with a drive to get the job done, no matter the task

• You’ve got to be motivated and a self-starter. You don’t wait to be told what to do, you anticipate what needs to be done and you just do it
• You need to have basic computer skills to be able to look up digital parts diagrams and pull parts from shelves
• Mechanical aptitude very helpful
• You need to have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize what needs to get done and in what order it should happen
• Occasionally you will be asked to pick up materials/supplies so you must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• You must be comfortable working in a hot, dirty, noisy environment
• You must understand and agree that Safety is first. No tough guys here, we take our own health and safety seriously and follow all safety measures outlined for our positions
• While performing the duties of this job, you will be regularly required to reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand; talk or hear, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• You must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Friendliness is a must. You need to honestly enjoy people and like working with a small team of employees
