Warehouse Coordinator
Finback is a growing brewery with a passion to make creative beers and unique meaningful experiences. With production and taproom locations in Queens and Brooklyn, Finback is rooted in NYC while also expanding its presence regionally, nationally and internationally. Finback acquired a farm property in upstate New York where it will focus on farm to glass production and creating a unique craft beer agricultural experience; and, is opening a new location in Long Island City to focus on fruit forward and unique fermentations.
Finback is seeking a detail oriented and meticulous Warehouse Coordinator to join our Queens facility. The warehouse coordinator will maintain warehouse operations, inventory and function as the glue between production, sales and our self-distribution team. This role is an integral position that touches upon our entire operations and facilities, with broad opportunities to work with a diverse and talented team as we grow the brand and continue to develop a dynamic beer experience.
Candidates should be excellent communicators, natural leaders with nurturing tendencies and meticulous inquisitiveness. Candidates must be good multi-taskers and natural problem solvers with a penchant for optimization and efficiency. We hope to find an exceptional person to join our team for the long term to help grow what we do as well as make a positive contribution to our creative brewing operations. Position has strong growth potential and management opportunities.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee facilities operations and inventory management
- Receiving and shipping
- Warehouse organization and upkeep
- Able to clearly communicate and work with production and sales teams to manage inventory
- Coordinate delivery team and self-distribution operations
- Driving and deliveries on occasion (clean NY driving license required)
- Previous warehouse experience, brewery, delivery or similar experience a plus
