JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform activities that facilitate the customer service experience (meeting and greeting customers; customer check in; pre-game service; running/game mastering multiple games at once; interacting with customers; post-game experience).
Demonstrated computer and typing proficiency
Reset games after they have been played
Perform general tasks around the venue to assist in its operation.
Upsell games and merchandise to customers
Deliver an excellent and professional customer service experience to customers
Maintain safety standards
Cleaning and sanitizing the area in and around venue to high standards
Standing and sitting for extended periods of time
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
Outgoing and confident with good communication skills.
Welcome guests with a warm welcome, smile, and positive attitude.
Flexibility for hours worked with weekend availability required.
Must be able to stand, stoop and lift objects up to 20 pounds during a shift.
Fun and friendly.
Basic computer operation with the ability to type quickly and accurately.
Able to multitask; able to manage high pressure situations.
Good initiative; does tasks that need doing without needing prompting.
Able to work within a team; a good team player.
$13.85 an hour
Average 14 hours a week
Weekend availability a must
